RFQ 786-16-03 Granite Niche Covers for Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery and New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment and materials to provide blank granite columbarium niche covers, F.O.B. Destination to Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Rittman, OH 44270-0008 (2200 niche covers); and New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Route 3, Boscawen, NH 03303 (1150 niche covers). At this time, it is anticipated that the Government will require delivery to be on or about November 01, 2002 for Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, and on or about December 06, 2002 for New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 327991 and a size standard of 500 is applicable to this acquisition. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote. Requests for hard copies of the solicitation must be in writing to Mr. Mark Sanderson and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable) made payable to _U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
