This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA2543-05-T-0002 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24, DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20040625. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 713940 with a small business size standard of $6,000,000. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) under FAR Part 13.
