Provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to fabricate and deliver 1500 lb concrete sinkers as per the attached specifications and drawing numbered 6292-D page 1 of 4. Contact BM1 Rau at 601-446-5043 within 5 days of receipt of this order to negotiate at date to deliver sinkers. Vendor CAN pour on site and unit has 30 square molds available for pouring. If sinkers are poured on CG property, site including blacktop parking lot must be properly prepared, remain neat and orderly through out term of contract, debris and trash removed. When entire order is delivered, sinker forms will be returned to CG completely free of concrete residue. CG may provide forklift/operator for sinker movement upon request. No other services are provided for Contractor use. No changes or alterations to this order may be made by anyone other than the Contracting Officer. Failure to obtain the Contracting Officer's approval PRIOR to any change may result in withholding payment.
