Quoters shall ensure all items being quoted are clearly marked as either brandname or equal and are accurately identified by make, model, and/or part number in their price submission. If quoting an or equal product, quoters shall provide adquate descriptive literature such as brochures, illustrations, drawings, or other information necessary to enable the Government to determine whether the product meets required minimum salient physical and functional characteristics.
