The requirement is to purchase 501 ea. Easy Media Creator 9 Platinum License Only Gov/Ed; 501 each support/maintenance Gov/ED, and one (1) Media Kit. Roxio holds proprietary rights to these products. This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The resulting contract will be firm fixed-price.
