UPDATE 8-21-2012: Amendment 1, which contains the Government's response to questions from potential offerors, is now accessible from the project website, see the hyperlink below titled, "Amend 1 - DTFANM-12-R-00116 Oakland ASR air conditioning". FYI, the Block 14 DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT reads as follows.
The above referenced solicitation for the Oakland Airport Surveillance Radar Air Conditioning Replacement, Oakland CA, is amended as follows: Provide the Government's response to questions from potential offerors.
QUESTION: On the plan Sheet OAK-D-ASR-MOO1 A/C Unit schedule it says Equipment Number AC-1 is to be replaced, on the plan sheet Oak-D-ASR-D001 it says A/C 2 is to be replaced, and the Part I Sec.B,(CLIN) 002 says AC-2 also. Can you clarify for me which is correct?
RESPONSE: ACU-2 is being replaced as shown on drawings D001, D002, and M002. The unit callout showing "AC-1" in the schedule on drawing M001 is a typo, it should read "ACU-2"
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
