The Department of Defense Dependents Schools-Pacific (DoDDS-Pacific) intends to procure Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E) products using a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order on an other than full and open competition, brand name basis. The D.A.R.E products consist of items such as banners, flags, certificates, and T-shirts. The D.A.R.E products are to be used in support of the continuing D.A.R.E Program implemented in the DoDDS-Pacific area elementary and middle schools (Japan, Okinawa, and Korea). A complete list of items to be procured and specific details shall be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-07-T-1012. Delivery will be F.O.B Origin within 30 days from date of the Purchase Order. Award of the RFQ will be based on the lowest price quote that meets the government?s requirements. The RFQ will be issued and posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 12 July, 2007 to close 30 days after the RFQ issue date. Anticipated award date is 1 September 2007. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database.
