The Government intends to award a five year Requirements Contract for procuring daily military recruitment advertising for various military jobs. The advertisements will appear in the following cities: (1) Akron, Ohio, (2) Cleveland, Ohio, (3) Teledo, Ohio, (4) Youngstown, Ohio, (5) Parkersburg, West Virginia and (6) Columbus, Ohio.Each advertisement order will be placed in the newspaper for a 30 day period.

Each column width shall average 1.25 inches
