Q 1700 02 0616. This solicitation as well as any issued amendments will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about August 22, 2002. Solicitation packages can be obtained from on-line or by sending fax, email or mail request to Linda McFarland at number/address listed below. The work of this contract consists of providing crushed aggregate surface course material ("half inch minus") and crushed stone aggregate ("inch minus"). Materials to be delivered to various locations in Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Maine Notice to Proceed will be issued upon receipt of certified test results and Certificate of Compliance. Deliveries shall be completed within 120 days of Notice to Proceed. NAICS 212321, Construction Sand and Gravel Mining. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Hard copy quote documents only shall be accepted for this solicitation (no faxed or electronic quote documents will be accepted). Quotes must be received at Acadia National Park, P. O. Box 177, Bar Harbor, Maine 04609 by 4:30 PM on September 12, 2002 local prevailing time. A complete quote package shall include the original completed SF 18, Request for Quotation with original signature, completed quote schedule; and completed section K, Representations and Certifications. Award shall be made to the responsive and responsible offeror whose offer will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price related factors included in the solicitation.
