The 48th Contracting Squadron is seeking sources interested in providing Contingency Cooks starting 1 Oct 2008 at RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom. The Contractor shall provide all personnel and services necessary to perform food services. Contractor tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: cooking; baking; food preparation; serving and replenishing food; cleaning facilities, equipment, and utensils; handling foods, supplies, and equipment; and maintaining quality control. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) which contains more details is anticipated to be posted in May 2008. All interested parties are requested to submit intent of interest to the point of contact listed no later than 20 Feb 2008.
