Awards resulting from the (RFO) will be based on best value to the FAA giving consideration to: (1) Total cost to the FAA, and (2) Offeror's past performance and experience with the same similar work. The successful offeror shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary in the performance of Installing Chain Link Fences at Burbank Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and Riverside Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). Solicitation will only be issued to the first (10) ten Vendors that reply to the announcement by the closing date. Both sites will be awarded to one Vendor. Therefore multiple awards will not be made. The Project Consist of the Construction and installation of new 790 linear feet of chain link perimeter fence at Riverside (ATCT). This specification, together with the reference specifications, standards and drawings specified in the Contract Documents, covers the requirements for all work associated with installation of perimeter fence CCTV Camera, Access Control System, at FAA Control Tower Facility, Riverside, CA. The contractor must Furnish all labor, material and equipment in strict accordance with these specifications and drawings, and all materials not specifically listed on the Government-Furnished Property list. The Burbank (ATCT) Project Consist of removal of existing fence and installation of new 11-feet (10' fence plus 1' barbed wires) chain link perimeter fence and gates. This project includes installation of (2) two perimeter gates and (2) two vehicle-sliding gates with gate operators around Burbank (ATCT) property located in the City of Burbank, CA. In addition, project includes installation of a 1-feet transformer gate. The work consists of site preparation, utilities and grounding conductors. Project also includes installation and in operation of an Intercom unit and CCTV Camera to the existing system. In addition, project includes resurfacing the parking lot within perimeter fence. The FAA will evaluate offers in response to this solicitation and will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, provides the "Best" value to the FAA.
