The Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration Academy (FAAA), Contract & Program Administration, Out-Of-Agency Training Team (AMA-260), has an annual requirement for Cessna 510 Mustang Jet Initial, Recurrent and Supplementary Pilot Qualification Training. DOT/FAA anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract with firm-fixed-pricing consisting of a base year and two renewable 1-year options. Estimated Annual Requirement (EAR); for the Base Year is one/two Initial and four Recurrent; for the First Option Year is one/two Initial and four Recurrent; for the Second Option Year is one/two Initial and four Recurrent; with Supplementary Training on an as needed basis for all three years. To be considered qualified, each offeror must possess an applicable training program approved under Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 121, or FAR Part 135, or, a training course approved under FAR Part 141 or FAR Part 142 for the aircraft identified herein. National Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611512. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
