Dover AFB intends to establish one or two Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for caskets and urns that could be for a period not to exceed five years. BPA's are used when quantities are unknown and Dover AFB has no idea on how many caskets and urns will be required on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The Dover AFB DE Port Mortuary receives the remains of all military members. Dover AFB presently has two other casket BPAs established with Batesville and Yorktowne Casket Companies. Submit your list of caskets and urns along with your prices that include all shipping costs. Submit any discounts you may offer if a certain quantity of caskets or urns is ordered at one time. Also need delivery dates of all caskets and urns. A best value determination will be made based on the quality of caskets and urns that meet the SOW specifications, delivery time, and price.
