The Directorate of contracting at the U.S Military Academy, West Point, NY is seeking sources to write and provide to the Government, the technical specification for the cadet saber belt and the frog saber belt. Written specifications will be based on the government providing samples to those interested companies. Specifications currently do not exist. It is the intent of the Directorate of contracting purchase these items based on the written specifications in the very near future.
