While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA will procure twenty-five(25) CA 303 Piezoelectric Accelerometers, Vibration pickups. We intend to negotiate on a sole source basis with Vibro-Meter Inc. 144 Harvey Road Londonderry NH 03053. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, there is only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy the agency requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1), Numbered Note 22 applies. The Request for Quotation will be available to download from FEDBIZZOPPS or NECO.Navy.mil on or after 01 March 2010. The RFQ will be available electronically - no hard copies will be sent.
