The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has a fixed-price requirement to purchase the following types and quantities of Toxin/Toxoids: Botulinum Type A Toxin Complex 50mg, Botulinum Type A Toxoid Complex 120mg, Botulinum Type B Toxin Complex 40mg, Botulinum Type B Toxoid Complex 90mg, Botulinum Type C Toxin Complex 35mg, Botulinum Type C Toxoid Complex 85mg, Botulinum Type D Toxin Complex 20mg, Botulinum Type D Toxoid Complex 35mg, Botulinum Type E Toxin Complex 60mg, Botulinum Type E Toxoid Complex 145mg Botulinum Type F Toxin Complex 60mg Botulinum Type F Toxoid Complex 145mg Botulinum Type G Toxin Complex 20mg Botulinum Type G Toxoid Complex 45mg Vendor shall demonstrate product is Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) free. This may be accomplished by either including certificate from media manufacture and/or certification that seed stock came from BSE free countries or made on bovine material prior to 1985. Vendor must also agree to have the FDA review their Standard Operating Procedures for quality control of product for consistency. Vendor must confirm ability to deliver up to 25% of specified quantities within 30 days of government notice to ship product. The anticipated period of performance will be for 3 (three) years from the date of award. Additional details and requirements will be described in the solicitation. The tentative date of issue for the solicitation is April 2, 2003.
