The US Army, Tank-automotive Armaments Command – Picatinny intends to solicit a sole source small purchase order to provide the office of MAS (Maneuver Engineering Services) services of packing, assembling, shipment and display of a Government owned display booth. This booth will be shipped from its current location in Wharton, NJ to Ft. Benning, GA in support of the Warfighter Seminar 2005, on 12-14 September 2005 and back to Wharton, NJ. In accordance with and under the approved authority of FAR 6.302-1(2)(ii)(A)(B) – Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the Government is soliciting sole source to Dottinger Design, Pompton Lakes, NJ.
