Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the Northern Region Contracting Center at Fort Eustis, VA intends to make award to the Radisson Hotel, San Antonio, Texas on a sole-source Non-Competitive basis for single occupancy billeting for two groups of 15 c adets each, 8 Jul-20 Aug 04 while attending NSTP at Brooke Army Medical Center. Cadets are authorized one day early arrival and/or one day late departure due to flight arrangements. Cadets will present orders when requesting billeting. ROTC can cancel ro om up to 24 hours in advance. Services will be paid for rooms actually occupied. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code V231, Small Business Size Standard $6.0 million and NAICS 721110. Due date for responses to this notice is 06/24/04 by 10:0:0 0 A.M. Therefore, in accordance with authority 41 U.S.C. 253 (C)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, the government intends to make award to the Radisson Hotel within 3 days after publication of this notice. A fixed price contract is contemplated. A determi nation not to open the requirement to competition based on responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the agency.
