The Department of Defense Dependent Schools (DoDDS) Pacific Procurement Division is issuing request for quote (RFQ) for Brand name Beauty Salon) supplies/equipment. Equal items shall be considered. The document (SF18) for this requirement is attached to this solicitation. This document RFQ number is MDA416-02-T-0205. We are educational institute, there for educational discount shall be provided. This RFQ is for commercial type products and is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR PART 12 and 13), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (Fac 2001-07). This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quotation. No written RFQ will be issued. This RFQ is for small Business set-aside. Small businesses, small disadvantage business, women owned business are encouraged to participate. Award shall be made in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. Basis of Award: The government will award a purchase order to the contractor offering the best-over all value to the Government, price and other factors will be considered. In addition to price, past performance will be used to evaluate offers where past performance is significantly more important than price. Evaluation of past performance does not require the creation or existence of a formal database, but may be on such information as the Contracting Officers knowledge, previous work experience, customer surveys, etc. The North American Industry Classification for this requirement is 812112.
