Management and Training Corporation (MTC) is soliciting cost proposals from qualified vendors for all supplies of bakery products, including breads, buns, rolls, croutons, muffins, bagels, pastries, etc. for students (ages 16-24) at the Wilmington Job Corps Center. All interested parties will have to submit a written cost proposal via sealed bid by the close of business on Monday, September 13, 2004.
