The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) intends to award a contract on a Sole Source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made to Inte-Great LLC, 8605 Cameron Street, Suite 327, Silver Spring MD 20910 for annual maintenance support of IPM (Inte-Great Property Manager) and IPM CS (Inte-Great Property Manager Client Server Edition) (upgrade) for a Base year and four additional option years. Inte-Great LLC provides unlimited support (including web-based support) concerning issues, questions and concerns on their products and barcode scanning hardware utilized by NARA. The supplies and services to be provided are commercial within the meaning of FAR Clause 52.212.1. The statutory authority of Other than Full and Open Competition is USC 2304 ( c) (1) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement.
