NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif., will host the Second AnnualSmall Business Symposium and Awards Ceremony on November 16 and 17, 2009 at the MarriottBethesda North Hotel and in Bethesda, MD. JPL is managed for NASA by the CaliforniaInstitute of Technology in Pasadena. INTRO: The Symposium provides a forum for smallbusiness attendees to learn about NASA/JPL plans for future missions in Space and EarthScience, including associated programs, initiatives, and business and/or teamingopportunities. Both the Agency and the Laboratory are committed to doing business withsmall businesses and seek to expand their respective supplier base for future technicalrequirements. Additionally, attendees will learn about the skills, resources andtechnologies needed to achieve NASAs missions, programs and research.
