Description: The purpose of this contract is to provide a concession with Holloman AFB for a base period of one year beginning 29 APR 2005 and ending 28 April 2006 with nine option years. The contractor will pay the NAFI a guaranteed percent of all gross monthly sales, minus any sales tax per month for the right to operate amusement machines at Holloman AFB. Payment to NAFI will be due on the fifth (5th) day every month.
