Central Region FAA intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract with New Bedford Panoramex, Inc. (NBP) of Upland, CA., for a firm quantity of 1 (one) ALSF-2 system. NBP is the only company in production of ALSF-2 systems that fully meet the govenment's requirements. An award to NBP will ensure standardization in the National Airspace System. Therefore, an award is planned on a single source basis.
