Project is to furnish an Alodine Distiller Unit (electro coagulation unit). This project?s North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334513. More information about NAICS can be found at www.census.gov/pub/epcd/www/naics.html. The project will be performed at Sheppard AFB, TX 76311 Bldg 2405. Requirement is for contractor to furnish and set-up a unit that will treat alodine wastewater, through the process of electro coagulation. System must be able to treat alodine with less than or equal to 40 ppm influent chrome down to 0.001 ppm effluent chrome. System must treat a minimum of 2.5 gallons per minute. The process must be user friendly and require only one individual to operate. Filter press not required. Compressed air will be provided on site by the government. Solicitation being issued is set-aside 100% exclusively to small businesses. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the Electronic Posting System (www.eps.gov). Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the internet and obtaining the solicitation and amendments and downloading them for their files.
