The U.S. Department of Commerce (USDOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric and Administration (NOAA), and National Marine Fisheries, Southeast Regional Office, Protected Resources Division, St. Petersburg, FL, intends to procure services for production of Smalltooth Sawfish Materials for Highly Migratory Species (HMS) Workshops.The contractor shall be responsible for: 1) Developing a 10 minute training video, 2) Producing 8½ inch by 11½ inch laminated wheelhouse placards, 3)Producing tri-fold information brochures (in color). Minimum qualification: The contractor must demonstrate experience producing videos and outreach materials. At least 5 years of field work experience working with Smalltooth Sawfish and longline/gillnet gears. The contractor must have an endangered species permit issued under the Marine Mammal Protection Act that allows them to work with Smalltooth Sawfish. This is a small business set-aside.
