The system must fulfill stringent performance criteria and will be certified by AOML to comply with the current systems in operation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Interested sources must submit a capabilities statement indicating their ability to perform this type of service along with their email address. The capabilities statement must also stated the company name, address, telephone number, contact person, and the name of the Government agency, contact person, and telephone number for who previous work has been performed. The contractor must have experience in the development and manufacturing of the same or similar like instruments. Failure to provide the required information will deem your request non-responsive.
