This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(I)Solicitation W912JB-12-T-4001 is being issued as a Request for Quotation.
(II)This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. (III) This acquisition is reserved for a Small Business concerns. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 212393, standard industrial classification 9620, small business size 500 employees. (IV) This is a firm fixed price.

Rock Salt will be delivered to Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan in 50-100 Ton increments. Deliveries will be scheduled by Selfridge ANGB, MI. 127 WG/CEO Roads and Grounds Department as needed starting in December 2011 thru April 2012 Bulk Rock salt shall have the following additives: Blue or Yellow Prussian (Ferris Ferro Cyanide)
