This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number L09PS00049 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for survey monuments with an open date of February 17, 2009 is being amended which extends the closing date to March 13, 2009. This amendment 1 revises the specifications. All interested parties should contact the Contracting Officer identified below to request a copy of the revised specifications. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 05-25. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 423430 and a size standard of 500 employees.
