The solicitation number is W912NR-13-Q-0015. This solicitation is a modification to W912NR-13-Q-0013 after it has closed. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-64, DFARS Change Notice 20130228. This solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside and the NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 212312 and small business size standard is 500 employees.

The request is for 4(four) CLINS.

CLIN 1 - 5,600 tons of #610 Limestone to be delivered to 140 Brushy Road, Pineville, LA 71360. Exact location on drop will be determined before delivery.

CLIN 2 - 1000 tons of #57 Limestone to be delivered to 140 Brushy Road, Pineville, LA 71360. Exact location on drop will be determined before delivery.

CLIN 3 -700 cubic yards of fill dirt (sand/clay mix) to be delivered to 140 Brushy Road , Pineville, LA 71360. Exact location on drop will be determined before delivery.

CLIN 4 - 1000 tons of #610 crushed concrete to be delivered to 34845 Grantham College Road, Slidell, LA 70460. Exact location on drop will be determined before delivery.

Please include a price per unit of measure, an extended price, a total price, and a NLT ship date of when everything can be delivered by.
