This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

In order to be considered, I must receive your complete quote, including: shipping via FOB Destination, Country of Origin for all items, Small Business Size Reps and Certs (unless on ORCA) and Federal Tax Identification Number by 6 AM on Monday, April 9, 2012. Ensure your CCR is currently active.  If it isn't, initiate / renew immediately, time is of the essence. Material Certifications and Test Reports are required. Delivery expected within 6 weeks after date of award.
