This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and perform all operations necessary to refurbish Pintles and to fabricate Pintle Bushings, which can be picked up from and delivered to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers , Louisville Repair Station, Physical Support Branch, 2605 Shippingport Drive, Louisville, KY 40212-1010. Delivery shall be 120 days after Notice of Award. This contract includes but not limited to the making of mold patterns, casting and forging the var ious parts, milling and machining of the specified parts, Quality Control Testing and Acceptance, part identification and packaging. The Contractor shall crate all items as indicated in the Specifications and deliver all the completed parts and assemblies to the Louisville Repair Station (LRS), Louisville, KY. NOTE: This contract is 100% set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is: 332710. The size standard is 500 employees. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination. This RFQ has a n approximate issue date of 18 February 2004 and an approximate due date of 10 March 2004. This RFQ will be available by downloading from the Internet only.
