This is a pre-solicitation notice for a long-term Indefinite Quantity Contract(s) to provide and deliver a broad range of bulk-metal products within the 9530 Federal Stock Class. Solicitation will be released in the future. The IQC(s) will have a two-year base with (3) one-year options. Contract(s) will be firm-fixed price with an economic price adjustment (EPA). Material required is metal bar (brass, bronze, copper, copper-nickel, aluminum, nickel-copper). The items have been grouped into five (5) lots. Contractors are not required to bid on every lot. The contractors will supply material to DLA depots within 45 days of order. Delivery will be within the continental United States. Only small business contractors who are on the Bulk Metals QSL will be eligible for award. Contractors must have EDI capability for the life of the award, as orders will be issued via Paperless Ordering Placement System (POPS).
