USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award to the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Honolulu, HI, 2005 Kalia Road, Honolulu, HI to host the 94th Coastal Engineering Research Board (CERB) meeting from 26-29 June 2017. Meeting rooms shall accommodate approximately 120 people. A block of 60 rooms shall also be reserved upon award of the contract. The Government Per Diem rate will also be honored. Individuals will pay for rooms separately. Government is not held responsible for unreserved rooms.

This Notice of Intent is for information purposes only. The Government intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Soliciting Competition from a Single Source. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement to the Contract Specialist (Stacy Thurman) for consideration by the Government to [email protected]. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
