This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Scope - The work to be done under these specifications consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials, and performing all operations in connection with delivery of 6,000 gallons of Mobilgard 409 NC Lube Oil by barge at river mile marker 218. Location is located approximately near Sardine Point, South of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Deliver shall be Friday, July 20, 2012.
