The Department of Human Services (DHS), Selinsgrove Center (SGC) is seeking contractors to provide Basic Life Support (BLS) , non-emergent ambulance service at customary and usual rates to Selinsgrove Center, 1000 Route 522, Selinsgrove, PA 17870. Anticipated term: The contract term is for three (3) years, anticipated to begin on May 1, 2021 (or upon full execution of the contract; whichever is later) and will end April 30, 2024 (or three years later), with two (2) one-year renewal options at the discretion of SC. The rate is all-inclusive, and the contractor may not include additional charges for cervical collars, surgical gloves, oxygen, or any other type of service or supply. For wait time exceeding one-hour, contractor must bill for wait time on an hourly basis, using quarter-hour intervals if necessary. The contractor will be reimbursed only for services accepted by SGC. Invoices will be verified and approved by the Contract Administrator prior to payment being made.
