The Department of Human Services is seeking a contractor to provide Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Ambulance Services for consumers located at Warren State Hospital (WAR), located at 33 Main Drive, Warren, PA 16365 for Warren County. Quantities listed are estimates and may be increased or decreased based on the needs of the facility. Bids are due 9/8/22, 2:00 PM and must be submitted electronically. Late bids will be disqualified. Contractors must enter firm prices for all contracted years and provide appropriate responses to all “Mandatory Attributes” contained in the solicitation.
