This project is located in the City of Peoria. The improvements are located at the northeast corner of Lake Pleasant Parkway and 91st Avenue generally within 300 feet of the intersection. The work consists of demolition and removal of an existing masonry privacy wall and construction of a new masonry sound wall; and associated removal and reconstruction of existing landscaping and irrigation.
