The contractor shall provide disassembling, packing and moving services of office furniture, shelves & supplies. Also, provide reassembling service upon delivery to new buildings.
The service is requested by 12 May 2023.
Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where work is to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
A site visit has been scheduled for 27 April 2023 at 10:00AM EDT. Contractors should be at the SJAFB Visitors center no later than 9:30AM EDT to allow time for obtaining vehicle passes. Submit the name of all attendees via e-mail no later than 2:00PM EDT on 26 April 2023. Only one site visit will be held.
