The contractor will be responsible for the delivery of #2 red dyed diesel within 5 business days of the request being made, delivery of the diesel will be conducted by the contractor at no additional charge to the government. The contractor will need to able to provide the required equipment to hook up to the diesel holding tank currently located at the Kerrville VA Medical Center. The Contractor will deliver any amount from a minimum of 1,000 or more gallons of #2 red dyed diesel on an as needed basis per quarter and provide documentation to prove the type of fuel delivered, amount of fuel delivered, the price per gallon, and who delivered the fuel. If more than 5,000 gallons of fuel is needed during a certain quarter the contractor is to deliver any additional requested gallons of fuel without exceeding a total of 20,000 gallons delivered per year. Kerrville VA Engineering COR will call the contractor when fuel is needed. The Contractor will acquire and deliver #2 red dyed diesel as requested and transfer the fuel from the delivery truck to the Kerrville VA holding tank upon delivery.
