This solicitation replaces SPM4A6-07-T-H710 in its entirety. Solicitation Number, SPM4A6-07-R-0641, 0014939920, NSN: 9150-01-424-7698, Lubricating Oil, Hydraulic, Grade: 10W; Approved manufacturer is Caterpillar, Inc. (CAGE 11083) Part Number: 8T9569. Unit drum contains 55 gallons. Quantity variance shall be + / - 10% to allow for full truckload shipments. MSDS and OSHA Hazard Warning Label are required. This is a synopsis for a commercial item in accordance with the procedures of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203 and will be solicited under the procedures of FAR Part 12. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is solicited as Other than Full and Open Competition as unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced Contract for a quantity of 588 drums (DR). A 100% Quantity Option shall be included in the solicitation. Progress payments shall not be included in the solicitation. This is a Critical Application Item. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). DLA-Direct lines only to Tracy, CA (AQ5) ? qty 28 DR & Richmond, VA (SRG) ? qty 560 DR. FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Required delivery is 53 days ARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
