Also the end user enhanced the scope of work to include the estimated quantity of fuel at each location and physical delivery address for the fuel delivery. One tank at QITC 5105: 5101 Russell Road, Quantico, VA 22134 3. One tank at CITC: 305 US Avenue, Bldg. COOP, Culpeper, VA 22701.
