The following addenda is provided to this provision: The Contractors response to the Request for Quotation should be submitted and shall contain the following information: SOLICITATION NUMBER; NAME; ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER OF OFFEROR; TERMS OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY; QUANTITY, UNIT PRICE; TOTAL DOLLAR AMOUNT, ANY DISCOUNT TERMS, AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS. Submissions must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification. Quotes shall also contain all other documentation specified herein. Offerors that fail to furnish the required information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. EVALUATION/AWARD: IAW FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation based on price and delivery in that order of preference. The government will evaluate equally, as regards time of delivery, offers that propose delivery of each quantity within the applicable delivery period specified above. Offers that propose delivery that will not clearly fall within the applicable delivery period specified above, will be considered nonresponsive and rejected. If the offeror proposed no other delivery schedule, the required delivery schedule above will apply. Attention is directed to the Contract Award provision of the solicitation that provides that a written award or acceptance of offer by mail or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror results in a binding contract. Therefore, the offeror should compute the time available for performance beginning with the actual date of award, rather than the date the written notice of award is received from the Contracting Officer through the ordinary mails.
