This is an ALL OR NONE solicitation, as the requirement is one line item broken out for payment reimbursement allocation only. This will be a TW delivery mode, delivered into Intermodal containers for the Military Sealift Command (MSC) at Blount Island, FL. A total of 13 ships are authorized under this contract to load gasoline for support of equipment. The 13 ships and their projected port dates are included in the solicitation. Solicitation SP0600-07-R-0201-0001 is being issued as a request for proposal and constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.
