The purpose of this sources sought is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified/verified Small businesses relative to the North American Industry Classification code (NAICS) 324110. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 1,500 employees. To make an appropriate acquisition decision for this requirement, the Government will use responses to this sourceS sought synopsis. The type of solicitation issued and the manner of advertisement will depend on the responses to this sources sought synopsis. Requirements Description: Network Contracting Office Four (NCO4) has a requirement for various types of fuel to be delivered to the Department of Veterans Affairs Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042. The Government is seeking to obtain bulk fuel with deliveries to be provided as needed throughout the period of performance which will be for a period of twelve (12) months commencing from the date of award. The following are the types of fuel and the estimated annual requirement: Heating Oil 1,500 gallons Diesel, On Road 30,000 gallons Diesel, Off Road 50,000 gallons Unleaded 87 Octane Fuel 2,000 gallons Propane 1,000 Submission Requirements for responses to this sources sought synopsis: (1) Your intent to submit a quote for this solicitation when it is formally advertised.
