Combined synopsis solicitation F12PS00877 is being amended to include the following: 1. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS: Diesel fuel required is on road diesel. 2. DESCRIPTION: Payment will be made via credit card or Internet Payment Platform (IPP). Contractors must register at IPP.GOV and submit invoices via IPP.GOV 3. DELIVERY SPECIFICATONS: Delivery must be made via tank wagon (TW) not tanker trailer (TT) 4. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Item, evaluation factors: a. Technical capability: Contractor must demonstrate their ability to comply with delivery requirements of solicitation by providing proof of their physical address. As needed basis will be delivered within three (3) business days from time/date of notification. Emergency deliveries within 24 hours. b. Past Performance: Contractor must submit three past performance references for similar projects. The government will evaluate past performance based on timeliness of performance and customer satisfication. Contractors who do not have past performance will need to state that within the quote. c. Price: The importance of the price factor will be determined after Factor a and Factor b merit and confidence have been established. Provide only your mark-up price per gallon for transportation, margin, applicable taxes and fees, etc. in your quote in dollars for one (1) base period, three (3) option periods.
