This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This requirement is for the delivery of bulk diesel fuel to the U.S. Coast Guard Station in Westport, Washington from 1 January 2011 through 31 December 2011.

The Government reserves the right to inspect the contractor's facility and to perform such investigations as may be deemed necessary to insure that competent personnel and management will be utilized in the performance of this requirement.

The estimated daily quantity of fuel may range up to 1,000 gallons, when needed. Offerors acknowledge and agree that al1 quantities of fuel shown herein are estimates only and not a guarantee that such quantities will be purchased. Quantities purchased may be larger or smaller. Determination of actual quantities purchased will be based upon the current need of the Corps of Engineers.

The awarded contract vehicle will purchase an estimated eight thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight (8,928) gallons of diesel fuel from 1 January 2011 through 31 December 2011 with an estimated amount of 2 or three deliveries per month to either location.
