The U.S. Department of State Regional Procurement Support Office in Fort Lauderdale Florida intends to award a sole source fixed-price with economic price adjustment purchase order under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Petro Comercial in Quito Ecuador. This acquisition will provide Aviation Fuel to support the counter narcotics helicopter operations by the Ecuadorian Army and Navy over a period of six months. The fuel will be available at three locations, Coca, Quito and Tachina. No solicitation or Request for Quotation (RFQ) is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements described herein may submit a interest letter that demonstrates the firms ability to provide the fuel as described above.
