This is a SPECIAL NOTICE publicizing our INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE BASE YEAR WITH 4 OPTIONS IDIQ using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The 162nd WG Arizona Air National Guard, 1450 E. Perimeter Way, Tucson, AZ 85706 has a requirement to procure AVGAS with delivery included in price IAW the Performance Work Statement. The delivery will be to Ft. Huachuca, Arizona. The magnitude of this requirement is not expected to exceed $150,000.00 for the Base year plus 4 Option years. These items are as follows:
CLIN 0001: Base Year - AVGAS with delivery included in price POP is 11/21/2014 to 11/20/2015
CLIN 0002: OY 1: AVGAS with delivery included in price POP is 11/21/2015 to 11/20/2016
CLIN 0003: OY 2: AVGAS with delivery included in price POP is 11/21/2016 to 11/20/2017
CLIN 0004: OY 3: AVGAS with delivery included in price POP is 11/21/2017 to 11/20/2018
CLIN 0005: OY 4: AVGAS with delivery included in price POP is 11/21/2018 to 11/20/2019
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: BASE YEAR FROM 11/21/2014 TO 11/20/2015
Include all necessary equipment to furnish to 214th LRE Ft. Huachuca.
The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source Base Year with 4 options IDIQ to:
City of Sierra Vista

The firm is the sole distributor of the product and no other source will satisfy the Government within 100 miles of the LRE. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 324110 and the Business Size Standard is 1,500 employees.
