The anticipated delivery date is on or before Friday, May 15, 2015.  The Government intends to issue a single, firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334516, ANALYTICAL LABORATORY INSTRUMENT MANUFACTURING. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. This is a total small business set-aside requirement.

This solicitation number D-15-SS-0369 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular FAC 2005-80. This acquisition incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
